PHOTO HUNT: FLAG

Our flag stands proud and tall, even when the home below may not.
Our flag stands proud and tall and honors those who live here.
Original photo taken by my daughter, a reporter with FloridaTODAY,
for a news story about a year ago on homeless veterans in our community.

That is such a powerful photo. Perhaps there should be a scheme called "No Vet left behind". That particularly goes goes for here in England.

Sad but true. We've seen a lot of them at the Daily Bread.

Mom said that is an amazing photo. She loves that it is mostly B&W - but with the flag and the boot in colour. She said it is very thought provoking.
