Since the girls "lost their furs" (and their mats and their fleas!) about a week ago, there's been a few changes ... Zoey has suddenly become a lap cat, the minute one sits down, there she is curled up in your lap, seeking warmth and cuddles. And Miss Mags is in constant search of sun puddles. One spot where she can count on finding sun is on the bath bench in our bathroom where the sun streams in through ice block from early morning to early afternoon. I caught quite a few photos of her there the other day ~ but loved this one, taken when she sat up to stretch a bit. Though looking a bit forlorn, I think she is totally adorable. Her sweet head seems big! And now seems out of proportion to her little body (she's just 6-pounds). The undercoat of her fur is supremely soft and smooth, a creamy pink white. Her only tortie markings remain on her paws and her head now. But as the furs grow back, her colour points will return in all their glory. And don't you just love those furry boots!

Don't you hate when humans get all photographic minded. I think that when you have furs this suggests that you would look great as a Bobble-headed doll that is so the rage for Baseball and stuff...
ha ha - like the comment above me - Ugg boots. I can't imagine what it would feel like to lose my furs. I know it's common in warmer climates to shave the furs off for summer, but it seems to strange to us that live in the north.
