I'm never quite sure where to find June after her breakfast time. She has quite a few "places of choice". My favorite is when she chooses my lap for a few minutes of cuddling, but alas, that is not always her #1 choice. Sometimes it's back on the day bed, or into the blankie-basket. Maybe just curled up under the table. When it nears sunrise she'll head toward the window to see what's going on in the world, perhaps catch some early birds on the wing.
But this morning ~ where in the world was June?
I really did not see her in any of the usual spots.
So I had to get up and search, just to be sure all was okay.

Relinquished to her well over a year ago. That once very pretty bag that she
pulled out of the closet and made hers, enjoying it so much,
so I said, "well, I can always get another bag, but I can't get another June."
Some cats just love being on their human's lap, some not at all, and June must be in the middle. Maybe as she gets a bit older, she will like to spend more lap time. The bag sure looks like a great cat spot!
