we voted for Madam this past Tuesday, early voting at the polls. we do that each time, and miss all the fun of standing in lines on election day.. I am scared too
Xena: June, you two could be twinsies! Mommy says her and Daddy did their civic duty already and hope and pray there is no fascist in office next year.
Charlee: "Our Mama and Dada sent in their ballots a week or two ago, and got texted that their votes were counted! Of course, this being California, there's not much in the way of advertising from the national campaigns, since everyone already knows who's going to win the Presidential election in our state ..." Java Bean: "Ayyy, well, who is it? Don't keep us in suspense!"
We just went through a provincial election up here in the Great White North (very similar to a State election). Unfortunately the US style of politics has spread to us too. This has really polarized everything and the rhetoric is based on purrsonalities rather than what is best for the peoples. Sigh. We purray for all of you! Keep being awesome. Marvelous Marv and Barb
We are in perfect agreement!
ReplyDeleteGot my fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteYes yes let's get this going. We need someone younger and intelligent and energetic. I think she's a perfect match.
ReplyDelete#1 was talking to a friend in Minnesota earlier today. She has already voted but is seriously worried. The whole world is watching you!
