Honestly, dear furry friends, I simply do not understand. I mean, after all, isn't this MY blog? I've always assumed (I do know an old joke about the word "assume", but good taste prevents me from posting it here)... anyway, I've always assumed this was MY blog. Z for ZOEY, Z for Zoolatry and if you look at the numbers on the sidebar, my posts far outweigh all the others! As of yesterday, I've got 541 posts... Maggy isn't even close, cause if you put her two together, it's just a mere 224. And I'm not even counting all the times I'm in the Zoolatry Girls category, or other special pictures. But I digress. The thing is, my terrible tale to tell is ... ever since this other kitteh started coming to the house every day, the ZH seems to prefer taking his picture, and I really don't understand. I do try to sneak into the photos, I really do. Then I tried just ignoring the ZH, and looking away. Nothing seems to work. Her attention is elsewhere. What's a girl to do? And for Bast's sake: look at that last photo... I had to add a "pointer" so you wouldn't miss seeing me! Sigh... any advice or counsel can be emailed to me and will be much apurrciated. P.S. Perhaps I should start a new blog, the "Zoey Blog"? I could call it B.O.Z.O. ~ BY ONE ZOEY ONLY.
PPS... guess you need not bother to comment, googly is "eating" all the comments today before we can even read them... and the minute we click on them they all go poof, disappear!

Oh dear Zoey, yoo have our sympathy. Praps yoo cud hang around the sweet little bean more ~ so that yoo are included in ALL the photos. And whine a bit ... whining can werk wonders too.
ReplyDeleteOh Zoey - we know all about those little ones that show up every day. But trust us, they really are a lot of fun. Have you tried sitting on his lap and then just blocking his adorable face with that floofy tail?
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
and I forgot to add, this new kitteh isn't even potty trained.
ReplyDeleteOh no Zoey, that hairless cat does seem to be taking over your blog. We don't know what you can do though cause the hairless cat is kinda cute. Not as cute as you, but cute all the same.
ReplyDeleteZoey - we weep for you - just a small piece of fur nearly out of the photo altogether and if the fur wasn't so luxurious it could be missed completely. Couldn't you try creeping up onto the cushion and flopping down in the foreground.
ReplyDeletePoor Zoey! Humans are weird about little humans. We think you are very brave to pose WITH the little human, though!
ReplyDeleteI think it will be ok, sharing is pretty nice. Of course we all know that we cannot resist pictures of you any old time!
ReplyDeletePoor Zoey, you have competition indeed.
ReplyDeleteWe are having the same problem with our comments too. We can read them in our email notification but not on our blog.Blogger is such a pain sometimes.
Well, we are trying to comment because we haven't had any problems, so maybe blogger is fixed now. Anyway, we don't really know what to tell you - we think the sneaking in is a good idea, and that maybe you should try leaving her some "reminders" that you are around (hairballs are a great one!)
ReplyDeleteBlogger has been BIG stoopid fur a few days -
ReplyDeleteToday it is eating khomments -

ReplyDeleteZoey, you're in charge! Muscle your way right in and make yourself the focus of the picture. Floof that kid like he's never been floofed before!
ReplyDeletePee ess.....we had trouble trying to leave comments this morning so we're trying to make it up tonight.
Poor Zoey! It just isn't your day, is it? That new bean kitty is adorable, but he could never take your place on your blog. Could he???
ReplyDeleteMOL! We're keeping it short...
ReplyDeleteI bet that furless little kitten can't even use a litter box....sigh.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwwwww!!!!!! I understand exactly how you feel!! The GDB got lots more face time that I did!! But just make yourself part of the picture and you get lots of face time, too!! (Sammie)
ReplyDeleteYour TX furiends,
We have a furless kitteh that is also not potty trained and he comes over to our house almost every day. My Food Lady takes way more pictures of him than she does of me and China Cat. Plus we don't get to update our blogs as much... We totally understand how you feel, Zoey!
