I understand it is fairly common knowledge that I am attached to my polka dot chair.  
But I just wanted to mention I also rather like pillows, comfy pillows.  
Mine Mommy has lots of pillows here, there, everywhere,

so I'm sharing selfies today with my favorite polka dot pillow!

Oh, I know exactly what you should do ~ whatever I do, whenever I do it,

however I do it, no matter how often I do it, whether you like that I do it,

or don't like that I do it, whether it makes you happy that I do it,

or makes you unhappy that I do it, whether you think I should do it,

or think I should not have done it, whether you approve of what I have done,

or disapprove that I did such a thing, whether you are upset with me for

having done what I did, or very proud and pleased with me for

having done whatever it was that I did, here's the thing:

I do what I want, when I want, regardless ~ because I am a cat.

I do as I wish to do ~ because I am a cat.

I am who I am ~ a cat.

Respect me, it is a requirement ~ for I am a cat. 

SPRING TOY SEARCH AND RESCUE

Yes, I heard you, JUNE, it's 'missing in action', of course, 

I'll get down on hands-and-knees and look under the refrigerator.

I'm sorry dear, it wasn't there.

Of course, I understand, it's 'absent without leave', so yes, 

I'll move the microwave cart and see if it is beneath that.

So sorry, sweetie, it was not under the cart.

What?  Check the bathtub?  I know, I know, yes, you 

often tote your toys to the tub, OK.

Again, I'm sorry little kitty, no toys in the tub today.

Oh, your toy box, of course it might be in your toy box, let me look ...

Wait a minute!  You put things in there.  You take things out of there.

If you put the spring toy in the toy box, you can look for it and 

if it's in the toy box, you can get it out of the toy box!

  What am I? What have I become?  OhMyCat!

I need a cup of coffee.  

What have I been doing here ... and I just counted 

at least 32 other spring toys on the window ledge that you can play with 

and you've got me down on hands-and-knees

searching for one?

EXPRESSIONS on CATURDAY

I've always made "kitty wishes" to myself ~ and "woofie wishes" also during those times when dogs were part of my life.  If I were holding Aladdin's Lamp and had the three magical wishes granted to me, there is no doubt that one of them would be to have my pet be able to speak with me, have a conversation, if only for twenty-four hours.  Would you choose that?  How often do you look into their eyes, how often do they look into yours ~ with expressions so thoughtful, so deep, so interesting or puzzling that you wish ~ oh how you wish, for just that moment in time that you could speak together.  I do wish for that ~ these expressions, I want to know ...

That's my best brofur Pip who owns my Auntie Dee.  He is my older brofur and I am not "used to him" yet, 

but I am trying cause Auntie Dee and mine Mommy are bestest of friends and like to spend time together.  

Pip and I look a whole lot alike.  When Auntie Dee comes here, I still hide.  

When I go there, I still hide, but I am trying, trying hard!

Auntie Dee is funny, cause she likes to say, 

"Pip, you have a coffee stain on your chin and I brush and I brush and but

it doesn't come out!"

Well, guess what?  I have a coffee stain too, and mine is here to stay too, 

just like Pips is!  

My chinny chin chin hairs are coffee with cream, cream 'n' sugar!

You can kiss my chin, tickle my chin ... but if'n I don't know you I will probably hide!

FELINE FRIDAY and NATURE FRIDAY

 The park on our corner is abloom with tulips, blazing red.  It is Nature Friday.

I pretended to walk among the tulips.  It is Feline Friday.

These were more flowers, trees and shrubs blooming in and around the park

on this day we walked.  I couldn't find the photos when I first posted this morning, 

then realized a bit later on they were still on my cell phone.
