I have posted this image, and this message now for many years, 2012 being the first year. Holidays, anniversaries, many days and dates throughout each year bring memories of joy, and of sadness to those who have lost a loved one. Early on sadness and grief far outweigh memories of good times, it is the natural order. I am now blessed and thankful to have the fullness of joyful memories. I share my thoughts this year with three of my cousins whose beloveds have left their earthly homes, I understand and feel their loss and they are in my prayers ~ Patty U., Kathy L., and Mary M.B.
I am also remembering dear friends who have also lost a spouse, remembering them with the hope they will find peace among their tears, joy tucked into sadness ~ Alice R., Sharon S., Maggie M.
So many others have said farewell to a parent, a brother or sister, a longtime friend, and of course, a treasured pet ~ too many to name. To each, to all, I offer a prayer of love and friendship, and a hope that good memories will grow stronger in your minds and hearts with each new day. Blessings be yours. Merry Christmas ~
That image and message makes me cry every year, Ann.
