"Keep your eyes on the ball", the boy said, "don't let it roll off the deck".
"OK", I replied (although I suppose he heard dogspeak, which sounded like 'ruff-ruff')
Where is that boy? He said he'd be out in a minute, but it's been furever. I mean how long does
it take to put on two shoes. I have four paws and could put on four shoes in less time!
"I'm still waiting. Waiting!" I shout. (barking louder 'RUFF, RUFF')
"Coming", he yells, "I have to get my water bottle and your water dish!"
I sigh. Humans. They seem not to understand what is really important in life.
Yet, I am most thankful my boy plays with me a lot ... and so, today, I am joining
friends who are part of Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

ReplyDeleteOh the waiting. I remember our precious Little Bit when it was time for her walk. Impatient isn't close to what she was experiencing.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof Thankful Thursday. My best to your peeps. ♥
Waiting is hard, isn't it? But we bet you and your Boy had a lot of fun together.
