Repeating ~ multiple Z's ~ this had to have originally posted around 2008 or 2009, not sure exactly when, usually on Sunday I would "set up" the pill boxes for my Mom and for my Vic. It was a rather long "event" ~ Mom was in her mid 90's at the time, and Vic was undergoing chemotherapy, and each had an extensive list of weekly medications, sorted by morning and evening. It wasn't a chore, but it was important to "get it right". And of course, often Curious Zoey was there to help ... and this one time, I couldn't help but pause ... go for the camera and get these photos of her "helping" ... or not, such as the case might be!

E-ZZZ's.
My goodness! How did you ever keep track of all those medications?
ReplyDeleteAll of you sure are cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI help Dad with his too but we have no Z's darn it. Good job Zoey
ReplyDeleteScylla likes to help the Mom with her pills. Zoey was a good little helper. Scylla's help consist of whapping the pill bottles, so Mom has to move to a Scylla free location.
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job with those pharmaceuticals, Zoey!
ReplyDeleteWow! Your Mom is super organized, I guess you have to be with that many meds to keep track of. Good thing you were there to help Zoey! MOL!
ReplyDeleteWe have not gotten to that stage in our house yet, although the dogs have more pills than the humans. Angel Loki had a lot of pills, and a pill cutter etc. Lady did the weekly pill box for him.
ReplyDeleteZoey was doing a very good job keeping track of all that medication.
ReplyDeleteBe careful with those pills, Zoey!
ReplyDeleteQuite the adorable helper.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant idea but you could improve on it. Get a hammer and smash the pill. If you get at least 365 pieces, you're set for a year. And to think that they call me a bird-brain.
ReplyDeleteSuch a good helper. XO
ReplyDeleteThat was very cute. Mom takes care of setting out Dad's meds. We don't think she would want our help at all:)
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Egads!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Zoey! We aren't even allowed to help with our mom and dad's vitamins!
ReplyDeleteVery important tasks, for sure, and a delicate feline touch in sorting them tablets is always appreciated. I like the coloured ones, though Mrs H says they dont work that way, MOL

What an adorable helper Zoey was! Hope you counted the pills after she finished to be sure she wasn't playing hockey with one. :)
ReplyDeleteWhata fun post! Petcretary likes to 'do' hers and pawppy;s pills for a whole month, that way its less of a chore...but she doesn't like doing it either, so once a month seems more accceptable...hah!
ReplyDeleteOur Angel Minko was a helper like Zoey. Pipo could care less,MOL! If she drops one, Benji is on it like lightning...so she has to be really careful.
