HAPPY TUESDAY

This image is posted today because it makes me happy to look at it.
It is likely at least 10 years old.
The little grand boy in the picture is now thirteen-years old!
But here, on an Easter weekend long ago, he helped to "feed the kitties"
with plastic eggs and toys from his Easter basket!

  8. They must have been plastic eggs from the pink flamingo yard ornaments.

  10. Happy Easter memories, Ann. I remember when I was a young teenager and used to rehide Easter eggs that I helped Mom dye at the night before so my younger siblings could search for tem anew. I was devious. Mom first worried that the eggs would not all be found, but I told her where each and every one was and she stopped worrying. Everyone has some memory skill. Places were part of mine. On the other hand, I can't remember more than 4 numbers at a time, so dialing a phone number takes me 3 "looks", LOL!

Mom appreciated my egg-dying help. She was busy with the baskets and such. And I made some weird-colored eggs. Some carefully dyed in 2 colors on opposite halves, some painted a vit with full strength dyes, some even with decals. My younger siblings were amazed at "The Easter Bunny". It brought me joy to see them search for the eggs and see them a 2nd time (well they knew I did THAT 2nd hiding, but games are games and who doesn't like games?
