It is with great sadness that we share the news that Jan Price of Jan's Funny Farm has passed away.
Jan crossed her rainbow bridge this past Thursday evening, April 2, at a hospital in Georgia
and had fought against several illnesses over the past few years.
For those of you who may not have known her well, her blog was often filled with humor ...
as her dogs and cats, each in their own voices ... carried on conversations with one another!
This style of writing became somewhat the trademark of Jan's blog.
This style of writing became somewhat the trademark of Jan's blog.
She was popular among pet bloggers, generous with others to a fault ... and famous for her
MOUSEBREATH interviews! It was a true "claim to fame" to be interviewed by her and appear on
Mousebreath.com. Over her years of blogging, 2005 to 2020, like many of us, the dogs and cats
of the farm came and went. We shared rainbow bridge crossings with Jan and we shared
the arrivals of new rescues as she was always there with open arms for the pet in need.
Jan was well loved. We will miss her. Jan, rest well, rest in peace.
We encourage you to leave comments for her family at
the Fletcher Day Funeral Home. Thank you.
Oh no. She was such a precious blogging buddy. I have leaky eyes.
