Hot, hot, hot today ~ WAPO says it'll get up into the mid 90s and we're almost there now!
And it'll be that way all week long!
So of course, that also means late afternoon thunder-dunder-storms.
Thankfully they don't bother me, but I always put my paws together
for my furriends who do get really upset by them.

So I've been out in the back forty, me 'n' Wilson as usual. Just up here for a deck-rest
and some fresh water and a cool down.
Then back to the back-forty, yeah, the usual stuff.
Here's to a great day to one and all, whatever you may do with yours ~ enjoy!
We had thunderstorms here, but I don't care about em. I only bark if it's super loud, but I don't get stressed or nuffin.
ReplyDeletewow it is hot on your side of the pond? it's cold here since some days.. more ice ice bay LOL
ReplyDeleteWe have the dreadful heat here too. At our trials this weekend it was in the 90's with high humidity, and we were super warm. Not our time of year at all.
ReplyDeleteI hate thunderstorms and they happened all afternoon yesterday and then when the thunderstorms finally ended, the fireworks began. Yesterday was not a good day for me. I wish thunderstorms didn't bother me like they don't bother you, Dougie.
ReplyDeleteWe're having the hots too Dougie, but you're always a cool dude!
ReplyDeleteStay cool. We've had the HOTS here for the last week.
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
We just went through a heatwave that lasted 6 days. We're glad it's over. It was HOT. I know you'll be seeking cool places. A huge Aw to Dougie Dog. He's so handsome.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Big hug. ♥
Stay cool Dougie! What am I saying, you are always one cool pup - enjoy today sweetie.
ReplyDeleteWe have the hots too, but not quite as high as yours!
ReplyDeleteGood thing we have a window air-conditioner and lots of fans.
Good thing that I have a stack of books to read...
Hope you don't get a lot of Thunder but if you need rain hope you get some of that. We're hoping we'll get a little rain and no Thunder. We do have some idiots in the neighborhood to have been setting off really loud fireworks. I do wish they'd wait until the 4th and do it all at one time. I must say you look so handsome
ReplyDeleteTry to keep cool. XO
ReplyDeleteYou can't believe WAPO.
ReplyDeleteWe've got some hot weather around here too, Dougie. My ghostwriter says it's summer vacation weather. Oh, and we love thunder storms too!
ReplyDeleteStay cool Dougie !
ReplyDeleteDougie, you could recycle today's photo for Tongue Out Tuesday:) It is hot here too, only in the upper 80s and low 90s, but the humidity is really high. We just want to hang out inside.

It's very strange weather here, last week almost a heatwave and now the temperature has dropped to 17°C (62F) but you looking great Dougie😸Pawkisses for a Happy Wednesday🐾😽💞
ReplyDeleteWay to not let the boomers get you down. It's hot here in the Mile High City but at least 'it's a dry heat.' Don't think any of us could deal with hot AND humidity.
ReplyDeleteHow i would love for the temperatures to stay somewhere in the middle year-round.
