Mummy put away the winter bedclothes at the weekend - the duvet and the warm flannel sheets. If it gets cold again, We will let her snuggle with Us and then We will all be warm and cosy. But in the meanwhile - although it's only the beginning of May, it feels like summer.
We actually have a seal fur coat from Gramma Elsie that is at least 70 yeas old now. But you're right: no other real fur coats in this house! Except for Chester who always wears his.
Hi June! You and your Mom really crack us up! And we DO have a real fur around here! Mom has a Fox coat from the 1970's. The fur was from a fox farm that still exists and raises minks, ermine and foxes. Alas, Mommy is twice the woman she was when the coat was bought and it is stored with all her old hippy clothes.
Well, it IS impawtant that furs be properly stored. TBT says gramma once had a mink stole (where she stole it from, he doesnt know). And that was B4 (before Beins unnerstood better). And that why he knows Iza "had fur like a mink". We all know better now, of course.
we have only some hairs to share... a matches box can do the trick here...;o)
ReplyDeleteI wonder if we could put our cat bro Bert in storage for the summer? I better look into that.

It is far too cold here to start putting away the winter things yet. Spring needs to buck her ideas up and bring us some warmth!
ReplyDeletePrecious! your stare always makes me laugh. Hope she did not store you away for the winter, what would we do without your antics?
ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful see-through box sweet June!
ReplyDeleteJunie, you look so cute in your storage box.
ReplyDeleteI wear animal fur all year round and so do all my guests after sitting on my couches or chairs.

What a fun post (and cool clear storage box), sweet Juney!
ReplyDeleteHeeheehee! Anything stored in there will be covered in furs, and rightly so. Everything in a cat lover's house is usually decorated that way.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you want to be stored away for the winter.
ReplyDeleteJust make sure *You* don't get put away,June! Nah, that would never happen, right?! Sure looks like you are having fun in the box, though.
