LAUNDRY DAY
Wash it. Dry it. Fold it. Put it away.
All must be done on laundry day.
I like to help with the folding part, especially if it's still warm from the drying part.

Those sheets with the funny, funky, twisted-up corners, the ones that are supposed to fit
on the mattress but never quite seem to ~ those are my favorites.
I think I was a good helper on this laundry day.
(I did notice the last time I was in the litter box room that this blue sheet
was in the closet in a big messy unfolded lump. I wonder why didn't it get folded?)

ReplyDeleteWhen our kitties were younger they used to help Mom make the bed and get under the sheets and make a lot of trouble for Mom.

ReplyDeleteThose fitted sheets are so hard to fold! Around here, we take them off the bed, wash them, dry them, and then put them right back on the bed to skip the folding part.

June we wish Dad did laundry instead of sending it out. I bet that sheet was really difficult to fold for some unknown reason MOL

ReplyDeleteIf you fink de fitty sheets are hard to fold, mommy says you should try waterbed sheets! She learned, but it took her decades or centuries or somefing.
