It's Thankful Thursday ~ but I'm not too much thankful. You see the problem is that I do like to visit lots of blogs ~ kitty cat blogs and barking dog blogs. (Yes, I very much love my woofie friends, there are lots of woofies in my family!)
This is the problem: I am not a robot (tho mine Mommy says sometimes I act like one, doing the same thing over and over). And I don't think I am anonymous ... am I? My name is June, just in case you did not know, and I live here at this blog called Zoolatry (whatever that means) in case you needed to know that, too! So, see ~ now I should not be anonymous to anyone anymore, right? So, getting back to the crux of the problem ...
If you have one of those wordpress bloggies...or a dot.com bloggie...or sometimes it says a dot.net bloggie ~ well, I don't know why, but it upsets me a lot, a whole lot! Cause even when I visit you and love your pictures, or love what you wrote ~ I'm not allowed to tell you so! Drats cats!
It's just not fair. I cannot comment. Why? Like I said, I'm not a robot, and I'm not anonymous, but I am upset, and a bit angry too, so, sorry, but I'm not very thankful today. Anyway, I'll keep coming by, 'cause I like your blog and I like you! OK, bye now, meow/hiss.
If only they knew you June, they'd be so glad to get a meow and purr from you. Maybe some will see you today and let you know the secret door to open to them.
ReplyDeleteOh noes!
ReplyDeleteWe knew about problems with commenting on Blogger, but this is the first am hearing about Wordpress issues.
Hope someone in the Blogosphere has a solution to offer you.
wow someone fed da wordpress gremlin after midnight.... we hope it is fixed soon
ReplyDeleteWe're sorry to hear you are having trouble commenting on some blogs. At least you've let everyone know and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
ReplyDeleteThey all seem to be having their issues, Juney, and we hope they fix them soon. We agree- it's MOST annoying!
ReplyDeleteThat is frustrating June. That happens to me sometimes too. XO
ReplyDeleteAnn and June, I agree! I like Firefox, but Google (who owns Blogger among other things) has decided that I have to use "their" browser (Chrome) if I want to comment on some blogger blogs (like yours). Frustrating for sure! Love the photo!
ReplyDeleteBoth WP and Blogger have a lot of commenting issues lately. What is really strange is that we can comment on some and not others...and we ourselves have both a Blogger blog and a replica WP blog. It sure IS annoying. not to mention frustrating.
ReplyDeleteMama says she is worried about Blogger...it just gets worse and worse!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Rosy
We run into problems too, June, from time to time. Glitches/bugs that need to be fixed!
ReplyDeleteI sort of remember when blogspot first started that "robot" thing a few years ago. Since then, we just ignored it. I don't know if this has changed recently and they've gotten stricter about it.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I have a wordpress bloggie, I hope I'm not one of those giving you issues June - let me know if I am and I'll try to debug. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteJune, Dani has the exact same problem. We go to a friend's blog and we cannot comment. It always tells us to change our settings, but I don't know what to change, despite the instructions. Anyway, it's the thought that counts, or so they say. If I can sometimes I will send an email if the Comments are available to me. You're a good soul, June, and always remember that.
ReplyDeleteOh June and huMom I feel so sorry that your sweet self is being treated poorly. The gremlins in the blogs must be up to something like trying to improve things that were fine!!
ReplyDeleteSending hugs and purrs it ends soon
Cecilia
Oh poooh my comment disappeared maybe you are screening them. This is a test to see if it goes thru
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you are having those problems. I've been getting comments suddenly marked as spam and they are not and have not been so marked in the past. Go figure. I allow anonymous and so far, so good, so I hope you don't have a problem at mine.
ReplyDeleteLots of blog stuff has seemed glitchy lately. I don't get the notifications I used to on several blogs. With my own blog, Im dealing with a prolonged illness and haven't been able to post for a year, partly because my computer isn't set up. Comments were set to turn off on each post after 90 days, except on the About page.
ReplyDeleteCreative graphics with beautiful June ~ And I am experiencing commenters on my blog from blogger as anonymous so it is not just Wordpress ~ sad state of affairs ~ I try when life isn't too hectic to find the anonymous commenter but not always possible ~ leave a link of your blog in your message ~ Xo
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days ~
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
These things can be frustrating, for sure!
ReplyDeleteYes, that can sure be so frustrating sweet June but hopefully it will fix itself soon. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteThat happens sometimes, and it makes me hiss, too!
ReplyDeleteI have been frustrated too. There must be a better way to verify comments
ReplyDeleteI know on Blogger, you don't have to check that robot box if you're signed into your account.
