I've always made "kitty wishes" to myself ~ and "woofie wishes" also during those times when dogs were part of my life. If I were holding Aladdin's Lamp and had the three magical wishes granted to me, there is no doubt that one of them would be to have my pet be able to speak with me, have a conversation, if only for twenty-four hours. Would you choose that? How often do you look into their eyes, how often do they look into yours ~ with expressions so thoughtful, so deep, so interesting or puzzling that you wish ~ oh how you wish, for just that moment in time that you could speak together. I do wish for that ~ these expressions, I want to know ...

June , with a beautiful little fur face like yours no wonder your Mommy wants to know what you're thinking. Wouldn't love our cats to speak out loud. Or maybe not since I think the only thing I would hear is " feed me feed me".

We think it would be fun to be able to talk to our pawrents for at least one day. Then we could tell them how we feel about lots of different things.

ReplyDeleteI love the photos of June! She has such expressive features. I believe my cats know exactly what I say to them and sometimes they talk back. If they think I am off the wall or they don't want to hear what I am saying to them, they either ignore me or look at me like I am speaking in tongues! June always looks like butter would not melt in her mouth....Keep being awesome! Barb
