Are you daring me? Well, the look in your eyes says you are! Well, I dare you. I know you think that is your polka dot chair but it is not a polka dot scratching post. Don't you dare! Don't even think about it! I see or hear one attempt to scratch those polka dots and... well, actually, we are off to the groomers for a way, way overdue youknowhwat just as soon as I can getcha ... not unlike last week when an appointment was scheduled and your little sixth sense kicked in and off you went to the top of the kitchen cabinets an hour ahead of time! The nice groomer lady says from now on we can be "walk ins", no more appointments needed ... so guess what, little one ... any day now, any time of day ...
we hope your groomers day goes very well... we agree they have this sense... I only asked mark where we have the smapoo and they ran away... LOL
ReplyDeleteOh no! There go the claws?
ReplyDeleteHa! You're too clever, June! Your mom will get you when you least expect it, though. 😁
ReplyDeleteRetract June, retract! You have to share that chair with your Mine Mom, so don't turn it into a pile of Shreddies! Good luck Ann, with your nefarious plot.
ReplyDeleteJune, your mum has your number ;)
ReplyDeleteBeware...those claws will get trimmed!!
Purrs, Julie
Oh my, kitties at the groomer? Mom does the claw trimming at out house, even the cat. We are lucky cats have not ruined any furniture around here, but we also have a lot of those scratching things around. You be nice to the furniture, June.
ReplyDeleteOoo you have the look of mischief about you there lol xxx
ReplyDeleteJune is ready to take on this challenge!
ReplyDeleteBob swears that all of our dogs knew/know when time for vet visit because I always get anxious and they read it from my body vibes. Maybe you are putting out vibes and she feels them.. good luck with the surprise visit to the groomer. hope she doesn't read this
ReplyDeleteSuch an awww photo of you sweet kitty ~ but what a scamp ~ testing Mom ~ huh? ~ Xo

I'm not a fan of having my nails clipped either, Juney, but I do like the treats during and afterwards.
ReplyDeleteYep...be careful of that "karma:" thing, Junie!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Rosy & Sunny
You wouldn't want to make your mom mad and scratch up your special chair, June. Remember she is the one that feeds you.
ReplyDeleteJune, just give up and go. It only prolongs the agony when you stay out of reach.
ReplyDeleteJune, you are too cute- and clever. XO
ReplyDeleteOops! Sounds like a little claw trimming may be forthcoming, June, when least expected.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, June. It sounds like you need another plan:)
ReplyDeleteStill loving that header so very much. Stunning.
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Oh boy- do NOT scratch the fabric!
ReplyDeleteA walkin June? I'll bet it's more like a carry-in!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see a video of your parents getting you form the top of the cabinet.
ReplyDeleteJune, you look so pretty in that nice chair, it would be a shame for it to be scratched up and ruin how you look in it, right? Angel Lexi always knew when it was bath time, no matter how nonchalantly I acted, no matter what I said, and ran to the back of her kennel.
ReplyDeleteThat pose cracks me up!!!
ReplyDeleteHmm, something tells us that the next post might be about the shortened scratching tools.
ReplyDeleteThe days of your sharp claws are numbered, June!
ReplyDeleteJune, it's best to cooperate, it's going to happen anyway, might as well make it easy on both of you.
ReplyDeleteWhen you're cute like we are, you can get away with anything. I think it's cool that you take your human to the groomers. Did she need a hair cut or a nail polish?
