Truth ~ we thought it had arrived sometime ago ~
flowers have been popping up everywhere,
flowering trees in full bloom ~
yet, grass is still brown and regular trees are still "nekked" of leaves!
Winter was barely a moment's thought.

Spring arrives here in the south about seven times.
ReplyDeleteIn a couple of hours we reach 33.8°F and that certainly is not yet a spring time temperature!
But every flower is a welcome sight for our tired winter soul...
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
The tree looks lovely. Apart from a few sub zero days (centigrade not Fahrenheit!) it has been a very mild but wet winter. Everything is flowering early and the birds are feeding their as yet unseen babies.
