But tell your Mine Mommy, not to give up on the strength training. It has benefits far beyond what you may think. Ask petcretary...she does them too. Maybe ask her to have a go at 'Functional Fitness'. It gives instructions on exercises that benefit one in the daily things of living. She did it herself with a trainer for a couple years....and practices them on her own now.

What an amazing way to store your springs! Ours are just scatterred all over the house. Even unner stuff where we cant reach. But TBT had ta move the TV stnd yesserday and found a dozen of them, a few rattley balls, an some fuzzies.
He EVEN found the one and only toy that came with Marley so many years ago. Its a cloth fish with a velcro pocket to stuff Nip into! He is going to clean it carefully and add new fresh Nip. We wonder if Marley will recognize it...
