I must commend the peoples who work for the city, and worked so hard
to clear the snow and the ice and slushy stuff from the streets and sidewalks, thank you!
Now, mine Mommy can safely drive or walk where she needs to drive or walk.
But I wonder when the city crew will arrive to
paint the sky blue again?
That's a tall order to expect the city to paint the sky blue. They have their hands full with the silly snow. You keep watching that sky and let us know if it changes color.
ReplyDeleteWe bet you love your windows. There is a lot of action to capture in the sky and below on the ground.
ReplyDeleteoh that is the reason of a blue sky? we will look if we can hire some painters...
ReplyDeleteJune, the blue sky showed up for a few seconds yesterday; we are hoping more will appear soon.
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope the "blue sky crew" shows up for you soon, June!
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Rosy & Sunny
You have a great spot to keep an eye on what's going on down below you, June. We want the sky to turn blue here too.
ReplyDeleteGood work on the snow and ice! Surely the sky painters will arrive soon!

ReplyDeleteThat is good that the workers made the roads and pavements safe again.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year June and mommy! I agree.... We need nice blue sky!! Juno xo
ReplyDeleteJune OMCs that is a most amazing observation about city workers especially in this cold...
ReplyDeleteMaybe very soon they will have out their paint brushes.
Hugs cecilia
That is a tough job in this cold. XO
ReplyDeleteHopefully soon!
ReplyDeleteOur city usually does a great job on the roads, but the people are not very good about clearing the sidewalks. This storm, the city did NOT do a great job. After more than two weeks, we still have ice on our street. But it WAS a whopper of a storm. Our skies were very blue today, we hope it makes its way to you too, June and Mom.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Misty and Timber
Even here in the swamps of south Louisiana, the road crews did what they could, mostly with backhoes. I'm glad you are snoopervising so well and as for the sky, well, there isn't enough paint anywhere, we just have to wait for that part.
ReplyDeletedid you hear the ice cream man?
ReplyDeleteWe could also do with a crew to paint our sky blue!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
Those guys sure do some important stuff, Juney. When they finish painting your sky blue, could you please send him to do ours, too? XO
ReplyDeleteWe hope you are staying warm and cozy June. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "I'm sure painting the sky blue again is on the list somewhere!"
ReplyDeleteHopefully soon. Grey skies are not attractive.
ReplyDeleteOh, if it were that simple, dear June.
ReplyDeleteWe saw that blue in the sky here, today...you could come here to find it and to take some home with you...but be warned, it's still snowy here on the ground, and Cold!
