THURSDAY 30

THURSDAY 13 (plus 17 more) - or - All The Reasons Why Maggy & Zoey May Not Be Posting Much during the next 30-days... say bye-bye to blogging... listed in no particular order of importance and/or priority. As can be seen above, our Zoolatry Human has put her head "back in the sand", this time a bit south at the Indialantic beach by the hotel. She says we can't blog, unless we do "old" pictures cause "that's not on the list"... and by the way, she screamed this at us. Jan 3 to Feb 3... 30 days, 30 reasons... so, what is on "the list"... maybe we can help! (1) finish crafting 10 centerpieces for reception, mark and box for hotel. (2) purchase white tulle for florist to drape the gazebo (see picture above). (3) finish printing childrens coloring books, take to print shop for binding and trimming. (4) do seating chart and place cards. (5) finish making all table favors for the big humans. (6) finishing making all special favors for the little human beans. (7) gets the sizes on the antique heirloom linens to be sure they fit bridal table, cake table, etc. etc. and (8) wash, iron (what's an iron?) and hang for the hotel. (9) set up multiple dental appointments for GreatGrandma who had serious dental emergency on New Years Eve. (10) remind human-man-cat he gets to empty our litter boxes all month cause the other human won't be bothering. (11) get oil change in car. (12) get pampers and baby food for the matron of honors baby as they will stay at our house for the wedding weekend (YUK.. a baby in the house!). (13) finish designing and printing wedding programs and tie with raffia. (14) order all of GreatGrandma's prescriptions from 3 different pharmacies (thank you medicare). (15) do year end accounting reports for Adamus Realty Group, send to CPA and get 1099s done for sales agents. (16) get a manicure (HA!). (17) get hair cut and styled (HA!). (18) get appropriate undythings (HA!) to wear under motherofbride clothes. (19) figure out final guest count for hotel. (20) do laundry. (21) clean kitchen daily after human-man-cat (our own live in Emril) makes great big messes cooking his great meals. (22) remember to make 6 cards for the 6 friends who have January birthdays; and one very special card for LW who has a special birthday in February. (23) read sports section and find out who wins AFC and NFC for the National Feline League site; cause we did make a promise on that one. (24) schedule hospice appointments with RN. (25) schedule prewedding hair style for GreatGrandma. (26) schedule GreatGrandma's dental surgery. (27) get together with alterations lady... with photographer lady... with cake lady. (28) do 20 wedding cakes -- no, not bake them -- photoshop them and make album for cake lady as we bartered the wedding cake and now must do our part! (29) take down Christmas decorations (do not leave them up until Easter!) since everyone forced us into putting them up in the first place: bah humbug. (30) plan Little Christmas party for Jan 6 for family and friends, 12 beans in all. (31) eat, sleep. Ooops, sorry, we were only allowed 30. Better take those off the list.

  1. Oh man, buddies, weddings sure do take up a lot of Bean time, don't they. I hope she makes a tuna cake for you guys, too.

  5. This was the first thing mom read this morning and she is speechless.

OK, Trixie offers to mind the baby and sleep next to it and to mieow loudly if it wakes up.

And Pye offers to chew on the raffia...

Tigger says she is going to hide in the top of the back of the cupboard and will come out when the wedding is over.

Crikey mate! We have never seen a list so big! Mom has images of a tsunami... But she's looking forwrd to seeing any pictures you put up, especially the cake ones, as Photoshopping is her first love. She is learning digital scrapbooking in order to teach it.

The students will make a digital portfolio on a CD to display for their learning journey day at the end of April.

Our mom is thinking of your mom at this very busy time.

  8. Wow, that's a lot to do!!!! Just to let you know Sassy and I are embarking on a mystery course. I am sure you would be proud of me when the mystery is out as you are the one who first set me on this path. This is an extra clue but you are not allowed to tell anyone. There are more clues in our blogs but I guess you would be too busy to bother with trivias like that.

Have a wonderful time with the wedding preparation!

  12. I wish I was super organised like you. I admire all you can get through. You rock!

I am enjoying reading Cat In The Bag too. :) That is where I first saw the gorgeous bright blue laptop bag and featured it, with credit back, on Kaleidoscope last month.

I really enjoy reading the adult's blogs on here too. :) I just wish more people would include their own blogs in their link list.

Oh, and we love pigeons! I get to see a lot of them in Italy - rare as hen's teeth though, here in Australia.

  14. Oh my - your poor human!!! We can ALMOST understand - but only ALMOST! Because the needs of the cats come first. ALWAYS!!! And it seems as if she isn't following THAT rule!
If you can't sneak by to see our daily reports form our Antarctica cruise - the posts will still be there when the human calms down and helps you blogging again!!!
It's too bad you are not attending the weeding because it sounds like there will be enormous food leftovers, hahahahahahahaha!
