Christmas, 1978 ~
Alexandria, Virginia
It was our family custom to leave "Santa's Boots" outside our childrens bedroom doors (not having an appropriate spot to hang stockings).
Christmas morning ~
open the door, grab Santa's boot, run down the hallway to the living room ~
This Christmas my husband was "camera
ready" and caught the surprise on our daughters
face as she saw the Christmas tree and
presents Santa had left the night before.
We know you must be feeling sore Zoey but it will ease bit by bit and you can get your Mom to wait on you paw and paw. We find a sad face and a silent meow are the best ways to get their sympathy!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

Casper, Cleo and Mom
Oh gosh! We have been miserably out of touch. We had no idea of Zoey getting hurt...we would have done whatever we could to help. We sure understand about costs at this time of year. Miss Duchess has a pair of snagged tooths too, so Zoey is especially dear to us. Wow. We missed all this, the card exchange we had no idea even existed :-o We have informed our Mumsy this is just not acceptable.
ReplyDeleteWe are so loving our Christmas look you fixed up for us. We feel awful we've been so out of the loop and missed so much. We deeply wish all of you a Merry Christmas, overflowing with treats, toys, joy, happiness, and tons of love.
We wishes yous and your family a very merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteMe is so happy that Zoey is feeling better.
Kisses
Nellie

Tazo, Titus, & EG
Love the photo! Knock, knock...Clooney Claus is here to cheer up Zoey and I have lots of catnip mousies and Num-Nums for both of you Ladycats! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteZoey, we haven't been able to get online to read our friends blogs in several days, and just read what happened. We are so glad to hear you are on the mend.
ReplyDeleteWe are purring that you heal super quick.
Cody and Gracie
PS - Mom says that if your mom rubs some aloe vera into the skin around your sore (not directly onto the sore, but just around it) it will heal faster.
PPS - Merry Christmas
LOVE the pic!! Wishing the Zoolatry family a furry Merry Christmas!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great memory you captured there!
ReplyDeleteZoey, you rest all you need to and get better.
Sending you wishes for a Happy and Blessed Christmas from all of us!
