FRIENDS FRIDAY

Today is Friends Friday ~ and what a very special day it is.  We have several friends who are each involved in doing some wonderful things and we salute them all.  Links are included below their photos, and we hope you will have the time to go visit them.

Here's Tank!  And he's put together PROJECT TOTO, a really great and much

needed event in support of the many animals displaced

by the tornado that ravaged Joplin, Missouri.

Our good friend Peggy ~ maker of those amazing "Peggy Blankies"

loved and enjoyed by kitties and woofies the world over,

In what seems like a never ending task, am still weeding through photo files.

I think... late last summer.

But I love the photo so much, couldn't resist showing it once again.

ZOEY'S DAILY CATSERCISE ROUTINE

Hey, Zoey ~ what's going on here, it's s'pposed to be Maggy Monday.

Yeah, but Maggy's doing Wordless Wednesday and besides I wanted to show

my furriends my catsercise routine.

Oh, OK.

So, the other day the ZH finishes up some exercising (not much mind you) and

tosses this mat on the spare bed.  I couldn't resist checking it out... it was really quite

comfy, if a bit rubbery.  I couldn't find the great big humonguous rubber ball

she puts under her legs tho... So, ball or no ball, here's my guide to proper catsercise...

WONDER OF ALL WONDERS WEDNESDAY

Today, I am nearly "wordless" ~ speechless, in fact!

But given a moment or two,

I'm sure I can become "wordy".  OK, here I go!

Is this not "wonderful"?

Is this not the "wonder of all wonders"?

Now I am wondering "what" and "why"? 

What on earth made these two silly girls, these eternal enemies,

these two who swat and hiss at one another endlessly, these two who can

barely stand to be in the same room with one another...

what on earth made them sit, nearly side by side, and stay there

long enough for the ZH to take a photograph.

Will "wonders" never cease!

TODAY, WE ARE THANKFUL

TUBBY TUESDAY

If'n you think I'm looking a little bit sad, it's because
I really can't figure out why the ZH keeps referring to me as

her "furry fatty", her "tumbling tubby", her "chubby wubby",
or her "wittle weeble"!
For Cats Sake ~ she's even titled this post "tubby Tuesday".

ROOM TO LET, 50-CENTS

RM W/VU TO LET, 50-CENTS.  Second story, walk (or jump) up.

Scratching post on lower level.  Water and treat bowls just a few paws away.

Litter room available down the hall.  Cleaned regularly.

Toys not included in rent.

So, out there in our back yard (and the front porch, too)... well, that's where our

feral families live.  There's Porch Kitty, she's been here for two years. 

And her daughter, Carlacita, born last year. 

At first, the ZH wasn't sure if it was Carl or Carlacita, but it

became evident awhile back when she saw her romping and rolling with another

kitty.  She was going to take pictures, but then the "event" became X-rated and

I even had to look away!  Now a week or so ago, Carlacita has visited with her

little tuxie-clone, CitaBaby.  So, I figured one of them just might want to rent my

extra room.  After all, Maggy never uses it anyway.  She seems to prefer the

torn up and battered old cat perch over in the corner... Maggy,

she's something else, I tell ya.  And yeah, today's supposed to be

Maggy Monday, but she's all hissy and wouldn't allow it...

Do you think I should put this rental on Cat's List classifieds ...?

SUNDAY ART GALLERY ~ Hard Working Kitties

Often, the photoshop pictures that appear in our Sunday Art Gallery

have not been posted to Zoolatry.  There have been many times when pictures

were done for other bloggers, but not shown here. 

We found quite a number of "hard working kitties" in our photo files recently,

and hope you enjoy this little retrospective.
And considering these times of high unemployment, we give them
all a "paws up" for the work they do!

Top to Bottom:
Well, who could be more hard working, especially on Easy, Like Sunday than
FATHER TOM!  Of course we must point out that his Roman collar should
be worn over his rabat and cassock, but then it's Sunday, he'll be forgiven.
With all the squabbling about health care going on today,
we are thankful to have DR.PARKER to tend to our needs,
after all ~ he is PERFECT.
Need a friend?  Need a friend in the neighborhood.  Then look
no further than MR.TUCK.  His neighborhood is one
of the friendliest we know.
Adminstrative Assistant, Paper Shredder, and Mouse Control!
