It means it has to go back to the fix-it-up shop again.

Well, I do! Today is Thankful Thursday, and I'll be very, very
thankful if the 'pooter gets fixed soon. I don't like ouchies.

We've been having lotsa computer problems lately too ~ it must be catching! And judging by the norty werds mom AND dad have been muttering, I fink it makes them cwoss.
