WORDY WEDNESDAY

The ZH should have titled this "Wednesday WorkOut".  Whew!
I guess it is possible to overdo it.  Purrhaps I furgot to do my warm-up routine
and gentle stretching first ...

Or maybe, just maybe, this is "me" resting up for my
birthday celebration TOMORROW!
I'm gonna be FIVE YEARS young.

  9. We suggest not overdoing it. You will stay younger as you age if you keep up the exercise routine, though.

  12. Oh wow Zoey, that's so cool, we are almost exactly the same age since I just turned 5 last week!

    If you get into the nip on your big day you should probably stay away from the treadmill.
