Some years ago, when my adorable granddaughter was learning to ski,
she was taught the "snowplow".
Ideally, with the "snowplow" the skis will form a triangle
allowing the skier to come to a gentle and easy stop.
Sometimes her ski's would form triangles and
sometimes her legs would form TRIANGLES.
Lovely pic!
ReplyDeleteShame I was never able to master that critical skiing move . . . sigh
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
Ahh, how refreshing that snow looks to us pups! Fond memories, beautiful girl.

What a delightful photo! Have a great weekend
ReplyDeleteThat snow looks nice to us right now!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
those are some GREAT triangles!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture and nice triangles.. Love the pink hat.

I wonder if cats could learn to ski? FAZ
ReplyDeleteYou do want to make a nice triangle doing that--like a pizza slice. The Woman remembers hearing the kid's ski instructors calling out pizza/fries/pizza as to how they needed to hold their skis!
ReplyDeleteVery clever post. Most skiers I know are always complaining about falling on their round..umm..circles?
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend!

Thanks for the cool view! Mom said she had trouble learning the snowplow, too!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, looks like she's getting the hang of it.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of your grand daughter learning to ski. I learned something about skiing that I didn't know. The folks here don't ski but they have relatives that do. I think the mom here would be on her backside most of the time if she tried it.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo of triangles! My mom only knows "faceplants". MOL!
ReplyDeleteThere is a similar move in ice skating... I was better at that than skiing.
ReplyDeleteMy lighthouse triangles are here.
