A THANKFUL DAY

Today we are thankful for all who share the stories of their beloved pets with us.
We know it is not an easy thing to do ~ often when there is a loss, the pain is deep and
one would rather just "hide away" from the world.  Yet, by sharing your story,
willingly and openly you can help ease that pain, soften that loss ~ we all understand,
as each of us has at one time or another walked in your shoes.
And it is important that others speak to your loss.  So, please remember to visit
each month at Our Rainbow Friends ... when you see postings at Power of the Paw stop by
and leave comforting words for your friends.  Let them know you care.
On August 28 the pet blogging world will honor one and all on
Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day.  Please consider being part of this very special day.
Links are below for all these blogs ~ as always, thank you.

  2. I'm new to Power of the Paw, but promise to visit when someone loses their baby. We lost our Little Bit in 2015 and I still cry often.

Have a blessed Thankful Thursday, Ann. ♥

  4. It seems sad that we have to have those rainbow friends, we wish they could have stayed with us forever. But we will never forget our own Angels and all the others who are there with them.

  7. We visited and left comments at the Rainbow friends. It hits home but we could not miss it if we can help it. Maybe sad times but they are also happy memories for so many arent they?

We don't take part in the Remembrance Day because it s too close to Dash's death day and it does not seem right to us to do so.
