A whole lot of sad ~
One of the first bloggers I met, perhaps as much as ten years ago, was Jacqueline of Jacqueline's Cat House and it was not long before we became close and ever-since friends. At the same time I fell in love with her house full of cats: Calle, Halle and Sukki and Mommy Cat and Daddy Cat. And today, my photo files of all of them are nearly as full as the files of my own pets!Daddy Cat earned his wings in June 2016 and his family has missed his presence each day since. Last month, March 19, Mommy Cat sadly chose to join him and hearts were broken again. As I always create Rainbow Bridge images for those who cross the bridge, I was especially saddened that at the time of Mommy Cat's passing, my computer had crashed and I could not design something special for her, for this sweet girl who meant so much to me.
Just a few short weeks have gone by now, and for reasons that will never be fully understood, Jacqueline's beautiful Calle was suddenly diagnosed in the last week, without warning, as being in heart failure and her condition worsened rapidly. We were texting one another often ... and on Thursday, came the text I did not want to receive ... "Calle has died in my arms ...".
We struggled through a brief phone call moments later, muffled by tears on each side ... I am "a whole lot sad" ... for Jacqueline. May her memories and her love of them sustain her, blessings for all. Please leave a caring word at her blog link highlighted below, thank you.

Although my heart is sad as I write, this day cannot slip by without noting that our sweet little Zoey
is celebrating her birthday. This ball of fluff, feisty at times, toofy always ...

Zo has always shared her "birth date" with a special friend ~ IZA of Mark's Mews!
And today, we heard that a big pawty is going on over there ... and having once actually met,
TBT (a/k/a the real Mark!) we know he throws quite a pawty ... so stop over,
wish IZA a Happy 11th Birthday.

Yes, that's about as sad as it gets and we know how tough any loss is, but multiples so quickly is absolutely horrible. Calle was so beautiful and so very loved. Hey sweet Zoey, Happy Birthday beautiful girl!!!

We're devastated about Calle's passing, especially so close on the heels of Mommy Cat going to the bridge. It just seems so unfair.

I'm deeply saddened to read of Callie's passing, coming so unexpectedly and on the heels of Mommy Cat. I do remember them all, even though I havne't followed their blog in a long time, and of course am not on FB anymore. My thoughts are with Jacqueline at this time; I'm wishing her peace, in due course.

It is so hard to watch our old blogging friends leave us. it is especially hard when any two or three leave within a short period of time. We always loved their blog with the beautiful cats and we are sad Jacqueline has lost her sweet Calle and Mommy Cat. The graphics are lovely.
