  7. Awww, way too cute, and sort of sad that we have the last of the summer ahead of us now. It's just rained, mostly here.

  11. To sleep, perchance to dream...

Sleep is the freedom to review the past day in ways that make no sense second by second but works hour by hour. Every dream I have makes sense just as I wake from it, but not many moments after.

I know my thoughts sometimes by dreams from what confuses me about them. What seems confusing in dreams is often what troubles me in real life.

And I'm sure the Mews dream. Of what, I do not know, but Iza twitches and moves her paws often when fully asleep on my lap. Marley has sometimes done that. Ayla meows in her sleep.

My own dreams are rather boring. No monsters and threats. Sometimes I'm not sure whether I was dreaming or just awake pondering things I need to do. But sometimes, I am in combined old offices.

The closest I come to nightmares is wishing I could retire. And of course I AM retired. But I've woken up grumpy thinking I had to go to work and sometimes it takes a few waking minutes to realize it was just a dream. ~ TBT
