How to spend a perfect spring or summer day? At the zoo! But that was "once upon a time",
though the time will come again when we can enjoy our own zoo . . .
here we flashback with some favorite photos during visits there.
From various news stories and photos of zoos all 'round the nation and the world,
many zoo animals seem to be really enjoying the peace-and-quiet
and lack of "we rambunctious visitors"during this time.
and lack of "we rambunctious visitors"during this time.
Could they be telling us how we should alter our behavior in the future when we visit them.

oooh that is beautiful!!! I know the most people are no fan of vultures, but I love this guy the most LOL
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning photos and that first one just melted my heart. I hope Doug is doing better. I bet the zoo animals are enjoying us not being there I have been fretting over whether they're making enough money to feed all the animals without people going there
ReplyDeleteWe have heard that some of the animals are missing all the hustle and bustle. I guess it is a personality thing. Hopefully one day things will return to normal.
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful. That is a large brood that the ducks have!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of all the animals. We really like that. Have a good day Ann.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful animals!
ReplyDeleteOur zoo just opened again...but only for members and there's lots of restrictions that need to be followed.
ReplyDeleteI love Zoos and watch lots of them on Animal planet. Our NC Zoo just announced the birth of 6 native wolf pups. They have long been on the endangered list. We hope to visit there this fall...had planned spring but as you said someday.....
