Angel Sammy chose a really cute photo for today for Sam's Poetry Corner over at TWO SPOILED CATS.
JUNE had fun and said she was thankful she got to write the poem today,
cause she loves to play with her own little "ducky" at bath time.

Her poem is called "QUACKERS".
QUACKERS
by June
Hey you, you the one in the back!
Hey you, you the one in the back!
You with your head tucked down low.
Head up! March on! Us ducks got a long way to go.
Now all you waddlers, tail feathers high.
Hold 'em up, be proud, no duck need be shy.
March on, follow me, go easy, go slow.
We're eight handsome quackers in a straight row.
To get where we're going you must do as I do,
for if you stray, you'll get a boo-boo.
For t'other day on my walk, I was misled!
Like you, "head down low", didn't hear what was said.
The lead duck had quacked, Danger Ahead!
When a big ole tree branch - WHAP! I was almost dead!
So, listen up quackers, you, you and you!
And "way back there - you know who",
one and all better stay in the queue,
or a big bump on your head,
like me you'll have too!
8 handsome quackers, that could be the title of a song ;O)
