Yet again, Angel Sammy and his brother Teddy, from TWO SPOILED CATS
have found a sweet and memorable image for todays poetry challenge.
Those of "my age" will likely recall playing marbles with friends in the neighborhood,
trading favorites, collecting the precious ones,
and saving allowances to buy more at the five-and-dime.
I have one big and beautiful green
and another that's deep ocean blue.
If you have a golden yellow cat's eye
I'd like to trade with you . . .
Purrty please, meow.
On this Thankful Thursday we are giving thanks for Brian's good health news, blessings to him and his family ~ fondly, Ann and June.
