COURAGE? A HEART? OR A BRAIN?

THE STRAWCATS

Hey you there in the back forty,
what good-of-a tatterdemalion are you?

What?

You heard me!

No, I gots straw in my listening ears.

And straw under yer hat ~ you need a brain.

Well, I gots courage and a heart!

So's use dat courage and get the danged crow off'n yer head!

And what about the danged crow by your'n buttfurs that
already stole corn!!!
Brainless ...!

I'm the better Strawcat than you are!

No you're not!  Yes I am, yes I am!  Not!

THE CROW SPEAKS: those two Strawcats, not doing their work!  We crows are smarter than the two of them put together.  The cornfield is ours!  Send 'em off the the Land of OZ, er, the Land of ZO(oolatry) to collect some brains ... and what's a tatterdemalion anyway ... CAW CAW CAW ...

  7. You make the cutest scare crow, June. It doesn't look like you're doing a very good job of scaring those crows though.

  8. Very clever, and cute too! Last week we saw a corn field that had been recently harvested, and it was full of Canada geese that were looking for a snack of dropped corn kernels.
