WHAT'S INSIDE THE BOX

When a box * arrives, it's common knowledge that the kitty(ies) in the house will gravitate to it.  But what about all that stuff * inside ~ bubble wrap * and air bubbles * get cut-up and discarded, or saved * for useful package stuffing * another day.  Now, more than often (and better we think environmentally) the stuff * inside may be crinkled up paper * .  Are you a cat?  Crinkled up paper * can be just as much fun as a box * .

It's the holidays and every home may have an over-abundance of * all * of this, along with gift wrappings * tissue paper * cards * and envelopes *.  So, please, * reuse * recycle * and dispose * of safely, responsibly.

  2. the problem with paper is cutting down trees. but it is good because it goes back into the earth as it rots, where other things like bubble wrap do not. we believe in recycle too. my friend had a cat and when she shopped she always got a paper bag for Moses.. Moses would be all over this paper you look so beautiful in

  5. June darling. Your photographer deserves a treat...for giving us such a treat with your photos.
Angel Madi always inspected anything new that came in the house. Boxes were HER!! Angel Milky-Way LOVED x 87 to lick tissue paper and
I declare whatever is in kitty slobber makes tissue paper disappear.

  13. My dogs were always fascinated by boxes arriving at the house. They assumed that everything was for them and they were often correct. Monty and Sky were especially fond of the paper and couldn't wait to leave wet clumps of torn paper on the floor for me to pick up. Those were fun times.

  25. Thank you Ann and June for spreading the word about recycling. We have been using all our excess packing , either paper or plastic, to wrap anything fragile that we are giving to charity. And boy, we have a lot after going through our kitchen cupboards

  26. Us angel kitties used to love all the wrapping paper stuff, esp what came in the big chewy boxes. MJF was an avid wrapping paper shredder too. Us two?? well, we have yet to learn that skill! Imagine that!
