You're very wise, June. Human brains are wired to look for problems, which served us well many thousands of years ago, but that is less advantageous in modern times. Starting the day with conscious gratitude for one's blessings helps!

There is happiness to be found somewhere but sometimes you have to look harder to find it. Having said that, I am certainly not unhappy.
