HAPPY "SNOW DAY" TUESDAY with the GIANT PANDAS

Even though many throughout the Baltimore and DC Metro area 

may not be going to work or school due to snow, ice and cold ~

our new friends over at the Smithsonian National Zoo ~ 

Qing Bao and Bao Li are totally enjoying this snowfall.  

You can watch them on the Zoo's own "panda cam" or on YouTube.

    I am a panda fanatic. 1999 I viewed the newborn WaiMei on Panda Cam at the San Diego zoo every day until we went to the Zoo in 2000 for her first public outing. She was 6 months old then. It was so thrilling!

    Mom and Dad saw them on the news last night - weren't they having a blast!!! Mom says she just HAS to get to DC to see them. She loves watching them.

    That sure put a big smile on my face! We may be getting several inches of snow here on Friday, which will shut down the city. No snow removal equipment in most of the south.
