FRIDAY: FOTO MEME

ZH note: Thank you for asking about Zoey's health;

thankfully, the test results showed no

serious issues with her kidneys.

However, the vet decided to doublecheck

with an independent lab,

thinking perhaps it is an infection, as the white cell

count is not as it should be.

So, now we won't have answers until Friday.

TUESDAY TOES

MAGGY MONDAY

The ZH is always complaining how I won't pose for a nice picture for her. I turn my back, I bow my head. But I decided to humor her. Perhaps if she gets one or two photos she'll be satisfied. Now, I would think that on an occasion such as this, and, with only one day of the week devoted to me, that the other cat could stay out of the picture. But no, look at her, sneaking up behind me... and she thinks I don't know she's there... Ha! Any minute now she's gonna try to swat my butt. She'll be sorry. My nails are in sore need of a good clipping, so when I swat back ~ look out Little Z. Everyone should know by now that I don't like to have my picture taken, in fact, I usually run away to hide. But I will admit that I am beginning to like Maggy Mondays, just a little bit mind you, but its rather nice to be "out there" from time to time. So, Zoey... you've been warned, stay out of Maggy Monday from now on!

Ooops. Oh well. Then I'll be THANKFUL when

my friends come to visit tomorrow.

SUNDAY SHENANIGANS

The ZH crams every last thing she possibly can into the dishwasher,

but she got this rack at the dollar store just to hold all the baby bottles 'n stuff.

Naturally I had to check it out,

it'll do fine for drip dry stuff I think.
I don't think this picture requires any explanation.

It rained for two days and two nights. So the ZH had to run

this dehumidifier thing on the porch. Now it has water in it.

I dropped a toy in the water. I can't get it out.

C'mon Mom, I've been good today, haven't I?

Isn't this a face to die for?

THE ACATEMY AWARDS Over at Housecat Confidential, FIN is hosting the 2010 Annual Acatemy Awards. Naturally, Zoey wanted to walk the red carpet.

Although nominated in the MakeUp Category, and possibly

deserving of a "win"... she did not win! There's always next year...

THE PHOTO SHOOT According to Zoey, who ought to know, the ZH has her camera "at the ready" all the time. It used to be mostly kitty pictures (to Maggy's displeasure and Zoey's delight) ... but now they just as often include the adorable, huggable, kissable new kitty on the block.

OUR PORCH KITTY Two years ago, though it seems like yesterday, we had the joy of a feral family... Annie, who birthed Bravo, Charlie and Delta. We enjoyed them for barely 4-months, we've never forgotten them. If you'd like to see them, and read their story, under ZOOLATRY ZOO on our sidebar, click on "Our Feral Family". Though they have long been gone, we now have a new little feral... as yet "no name"... we think it's a little girl, probably not much more than a kitten herself and possibly carrying a litter. She is becoming more friendly and content with us each day. Will we enjoy her babies soon?
THE STROLLER The ZH was thrilled a few days ago to find a nearly-new, very nice stroller advertised on Craigslist at a very low price. She rushed out to get it. Once home, she cleaned it and washed it and got it all ready for the grandboybean to use. Someone else decided to try it out first ~ and guess what? It wasn't Zoey!
