TOY STORY, PART 2

This is the continuing saga of Maggy Monday ~ and the "toys".

 Having had little success with the toys in Zoey's toy box on the back porch,

and after some fur-flying, swatting and hissing ~ Maggy moved on.

In the guest room a/k/a the ZH's office a/k/a the babys room,

she decided she could check out a few of JuneyBug's toys ~

Don't look now!  Don't turn around!  Oh, No! 

Drats cats!  That little one is EVERYWHERE!

Am I not safe anywhere in this house?

As you can see, I have successfully regained control of my Toy Box.

Now I must guard the perimeters.

TUESDAY TWINS

MAGGY MONDAY

This is the toy box on the back porch.  This is Zoey's toy box.

Maggy does not do toys.

The occasional catnip ball might be of interest to her, but

Maggy does not do toys.

 This is Maggy.

Maggy is checking out Zoey's toys in Zoey's toy box.

 This is trouble.

The remaining photographs cannot be published due to their

violent content which is not suitable for most viewers.

EASY, LIKE SUNDAY ~ AND ~ SPRING BREAK

A few days ago I heard the ZH say it was "spring break" week.  I really didn't know what that meant, at least not at first.  Now I know!  It meant that all three grandbeans would be here for a few days.  That's a "no win" situation for me.  It gets noisy and messy, chaotic and crazy.  I can't even privately use my litter box!  Treats, well, they seem to forget about giving me my usual treats.  Naps?  All my favorite napping spots get taken over by these little people.  The solution: hide, hide again, and hide yet again.  So, I spent most of my time under the bed or in the back corner of the ZH's closet (which had a lot of sneeze inducing dust bunnies).  I did come out once in awhile to do some fun things with everyone... see... 

 The house where I live has got trees 'n' woods all around it. 

One time the big grandbeans wanted to explore in the woods.  I went along. 

 It was really hot, like 85-degrees.  They had to cover-up so

they wouldn't get bug bites and tree-scratches.  My fur covered me up!

 Another time we went to a park nearby. 

The big grandbeans were on big swings and slides. 

But the little baby swings were just right for me and the littlest bean.

 At another park down by the river, the littlest bean was running around a lot,

while I just rested on the warm pavement and watched the river roll by.

 It was a good thing the ZH took the big stroller to the village. 

It had plenty of room for me to ride along.

We went to a different park.  It had lakes and fountains and lots of playground stuff

for the beans.  The ZH caught me strolling down to the lakefront

(you know, I do love water) and she screamed at me,

"ZOEY, outta there now -- that's a gator, there!"  Yes, friends,

that little black line you see, that really is an alligator. 

We went home right away!  End of spring break.

After all this, I really, really need an easy Sunday...
and an easy Monday, Tuesday, etc., etc.

WORDY WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE 2011

Well, furriends ~ after working hard, together with JudiBug from

Sam & Andy's Place to get things all together for this years

Wordy Wednesday Challenge ~ we kind of dropped out on it ourselves.

The ole ZH was "flat on her back" to use an expression, and in hospital for

a couple days, so we not only missed all the fun, but didn't even do our own post!

So, here goes ~ better late than never!

 My name is MAGGY and I was CHALLENGED. 

All in all, I helped the ZH make 80-pictures over the last month. 

And some of you really challenged us with your words. 

We're still trying to figure out sweet dear Gemini and what "puffalo" means! 

And then there's Boris, who "flumps".

And funny Kodiak, the "doofus".  I mean how does one picture all those words?

And DaisyMae Maus sent us to the dictionary to help figure out "obstreperous".

And yes, it was very challenging to show Adorable, and Cuddly and Lovable

(repeatedly) in different ways!  But at days end, we enjoyed it and hope you did too!

 Hi, my name is ZOEY and I am POOPED.

As in tired, not as in litter box.  It was hard to help the ZH with

all the picture making.  As you can see, I referred to my trusty manual

several times.  And I am already telling the ZH... "wait til next year"...

And here's our little gift to Sammy and Andy and Shelly...

we chose the words SUPER FRIENDS for them.

As they, along with mom JudiBug took on our challenge to help put this

years WWC together ~ and there's no way we could have done it without them!

So I told the "girls" (the two furry ones) that the Photo Hunt

for today is "license plate".  They decided to check out the state website

to look at the license plates available. 

MOL ~ there were over 100 choices! 

For a few extra dollars you can design your own "vanity plate". 

Truthfully, I was flattered when the girls (Maggy and Zoey)

said they'd like to design a vanity license plate just for me! 

Having seen it now, I'm not sure if I am quite so flattered  ...

On second thought, with the week I've been having, I do feel a bit like an antique.

PS the ZH is feeling a wee bit better, but cannot sit at her
'pooter for very long cause there's too much hurty when doing that;
we missed the Wordy Wednesday Challenge yesterday, but
the ZH says we can show "ours" next Wednesday cause we did work hard
to make this evetn special for everyone & everykitty will understand...
PPS Maggy & Zoey have suggested that if the ZH drinks that green beer
up above, she'll definitely feel better !

I overheard the ZH saying today was the Eyes of March. 

So I though you might like to see a photo of my purrty eyes.

This also happens to give you a good look at my cute toof.

Though it seems I may need to try some Crest white strips soon.

in the house for her to nap, she finds one!

TUESDAY TALK

Every day I get lots of mail, e-mail ya know.  I just don't understand why the ZH won't let me read a lot of it, I mean I am learning more in kittengarten every day and I reads purrty well now.  There's peoples from foreign lands who want to send me lots of monies they found.  Then there are peoples who want to marry me! And more peoples who want to sell me some rolex watches or unusual and uplifting medicinal products to improve my life!  Why this morning, one email said they had 15 banana bread recipes for me!  I thought it would be interesting to learn that many different ways to make banana bread!  Gosh, I get excited about all my mail!  Some times it's there's like seventy or ninety or a bazillion emails for me!  But she won't let me read it, I just don't understand ...

PS... those diapery things DO NOT belong to me, tho the ZH said
if I tried one, maybe I wouldn't have to use my litter box so often...
