Maggy in the Window

In our Florida home, Maggy loved to sit on the master bathroom window ledge.

The window was glass-block with soft reflected light from the wooded area outside, 

it was a warm and welcoming spot for a kitty.

The ledge held some decorative manatee, pelican and other water bird figures 

native to Florida ~ here Maggy was photographed in that setting.  

The photo was then enhanced with Photoshop to both sharpen 

some details (such as whiskers) and soften other details.  

The background behind Maggy was tinted soft yellow-green to match 

some of the natural woodsy-light that was coming in, 

and the plastic-wrap tool was used to enhance the glass block.
