First, photos of some red tissue paper and green tissue paper.
Then layer the photo of Zoey over it, and fade Zoey to about 70% and soften some of
her edges until they almost disappear into the tissue paper.
Then using another overlay in "multiply" only in certain areas, add more red color, and do the
same adding more green color to the entire photo. Then add overall contrast and use the
unsharpen mask. Roughen the edges with the jagged brush tool.
Lastly use the crumple tool over the entire, flattened photo. Result: a tissue paper cat.
