ME, MYSELF and I ~ LIFE LESSONS

When I first joined the Zoolatry family, a little over a year ago, I arrived with the name of Doug.
At first, I could hear them whispering and chattering about a "new" name.
But then, as the days went by, they seemed to think it was an OK name, or at least when they said
Dougie it was OK, and when they called me Dougie Dog, they seemed to like it even better!

Me, myself and I don't really care too much one way or t'other, Good Boy is fine by me!
Especially if the Good Boy is attached to a treat.

Mostly, I spend a lot of time practicing my looks, or what you'd call my "expressions" ... when I show
off these different "looks" I seem to hear lots of things ... like ... "aaww", and "hey come look at Dougie",
and "oh, how cute",  or even "can someone quick take a picture!"

Here are two of my special expressions, sure to bring on some comments from the humans,
on the left is what I call the "sad, I need you ... I need a treat ... I need a hug ...
can I go out to play?" look.
What do you think, have I mastered it yet?  Usually it works fairly well.

On the right, well, that's simply what I call Master of My Domain.  And I am.

So, I'm learning that it's not just what you say, but how you say it, and what the look on your face is when you say it!
