LITTLE HANDS IN THE GARDEN ~ FLOWER FRIDAY

Originally posted just a little over a year ago ...
next door live two adorable little girls, and my grandson is often in the yard playing together with them.
Shouts and laughter ring happily through the trees and across fences.
On this particular day, they were all busy in the garden ... pulling weeds ... finding WORMS! ... and
planting seedlings.  They were all so very intent on their work yet having fun.
I took many, many photos and created this montage called:

LITTLE HANDS IN THE GARDEN

Today we're joining the DA DB BOYZ for FLOWER FRIDAY.

  1. How fun and peaceful, knowing kids are learning about gardening. Wish more around us did this!

  3. Learning how to weed, plant, and work in gardens as a child has helped me as an adult! I don't remember having fun finding worms ("EWWW") but making things grow is terribly satisfying.

  5. My favorite miniature human, Ryan, loves to look under rocks and find creepy-crawlies with me! (So does ghostwriter!)

  6. A beautiful collage. We don't think we have ever seen a live worm, just the dried up dead ones that crawl out on the sidewalks when it rains and then shrivel up and die:(
