MONDAY THOUGHTS

Early in the morning is quiet time, thinking time.  And looking out the window, waiting for sunrise,
hearing the church bells, I think how wonderful it would be if we didn't have to say farewell
to family and friends.  I'm only ten months old and have already said farewell too many times, it is sad.
But I am told that there is a "time for everything" and this time must come too.
Today we remember friends who crossed their Rainbow Bridge
just last month, please let us all pause and say farewell.

  1. We lost two good dog friends this past week. Both were quite a shock and we will sure miss seeing them at our dog sports competitions. It makes Mom really sad. She thinks of Emma and gets all teary eyed again.

  4. saying farewell is so hard, but it is a part of our lives. it is better to have loved and lost someone than to never have lived at all. our neighbor lost their Stanley 2 days ago and his sister Princess is hurting so bad

  5. I think of it as they made room for new friends just as others made room for them.

  13. My heart aches for all who have lost pets. Ms. RW, the same day she buried her husband, lost her heart dog, Sam. Sometimes there's just too much pain.
