FIRST FRIENDS
on Thursday
We've enjoyed our friendship with Lee and Phod for longer than I can remember, and I have to include their Lady and the Man! And I'm tempted to say "over the river and through the woods" and to their Canadian home we'll go, for they live in a most beautiful place, no matter the season, enjoying walks in woods whether amongst golden leaves or crunched snow beneath their paws. And of course, you can often see Phod loving his swimming in the pristine lake. Nature surrounds them at THE HAILEY & ZAPHOD CHRONICLES.
Now, travel to the southwest USA, for sun and fun and the colorful pups of the LLB Gang who definitely share loving, laughter ... and yes, barking ... about their many adventures. These three dress-up ever so delightfully for every event and occasion and then some! They share jokes, and puns and make us smile. Whether traveling far or wide in CeCe, or romping in their own amazing backyard they interact with all the natural beauty that surrounds them, and share it with us. ROSY brings us Nature Friday, a wonderful, and classic blog hop. JAKEY is always around to keep the "girls" in line. And SUNNY, well she is the sunshine of each day ~ though as we write, we ask that all continue to keep paws together for sweet Sunny, as she still struggles to fully recover from difficult surgery last summer. LLB IN OUR BACKYARD is a must visit blog, every every day!

Today, please keep our many Florida families, friends and bloggers, especially
those along the Eastern coastline in your prayers as another tropical storm
bears down upon them. The Space Coast (Cocoa, Cape Canaveral) was my home
for 23-years before moving here to Maryland and many I know and love
still reside there, and I worry for them and their well being. My son and family
are in the Orlando area, which also, yet again, expects very heavy rains
and more flooding. Thank you for paws together at this time ~

oooh lee & phod and the fabulous llb crew... we remembered the really old times today.. as a kitty lived with lee&phod..and as dory was a candy date for mayor of blogville... and ooh the partys after christmas when she had her birthday....

ReplyDeleteWe love Hailey and Phod and the gorgeous area that they live in and we love Jakey, Rosy and Sunny too. The nature and flowers that they find is the most beautiful anywhere! Paws and fingers are crossed for all who live in Florida and are in harm's way.
ReplyDeletewe love all these first friends and they are in our daily visit to first friend.s. Nicole is almost on Orlando right now but she is not kicking up a big a fuss as we thought, we are fine, rain for about 10 hours now but not enough to flood us and the winds zap us every now and then, but so far so good. She is moving very fast, and hopefull will be gone soon. Prayers for your family

DeleteOhhh I'm so happy to say I have met Lee and Phod in the furs and their Lady and Man...they are all 4 so very nice and kind. I also met Dory and Arty in 2016 and their wonderful Mama.

We have loved all of these guys for years! Hailey and Phod are also living in the Great White North (and Cinnamon has a secret crush on Phod, She won one of their contests and she has a charm on her collar from him that she wears all the time, don't tell anyone) Sorry we have been late in commenting - it has been a busy week with loads of errands to run and shovelling and our human brother had a tooth extraction (he whines almost as much as Cinnie).
