Yesterday I shared with you my Merry-Basket (it belongs to mine Mommy) but it was filled with purrsents for me ~ and I just didn't want to wait to say THANK YOU to the very special kitty friend who sent them all to me! So I wrote her a letter, the letter is to the one and only, my BFF from Ottawa, MISS DANI. Of course, I know her wonderful Mommy, Miss Wendy helped her so I send a thank you to her, too ... and fur real, I wrote this letter all by myself. I didn't want to mail it though, cause I hate to lick envelopes cause they taste yucky and besides mine Mommy said she used up all the funny foreign stamps mailing cards ... so ...
Then, later in the afternoon, when I finished my lunch, and after my nap, and some playtime with my new toys, I wanted to surprise mine Mommy. She had gone out for a short walk and I thought I could decorate a little bit more. But it was not to be cause I'd been washing my paws after all the toy playtime and they were wet and all of a sudden ... ooopsie doopsie ... and of course it would have not have been well advised to plug the lights in with wet paws, so ...
Sorry, Mommy.
I am sure you will be forgiven June as your mum knows that you had good intentions ;)
ReplyDeletePurrs, Julie
we are hoping that oopsie was not one of the polkadot balls, and glad you were not harmed by breaking glass. Purrrrrfect for Selfie Sunday....
ReplyDeleteJune, that wasn't a polka dot ornament, was it? You wrote a furry touching thank you card.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhhhhhh Juney you were caught blue pawed!!
ReplyDeleteYou know the feline saying: 'while the mom is away, it is time to play'!
Hugs Cecilia
That sure was a sweet letter, Juney. And we know you did not break that ornament on purpose. Your mommy surely understands, right? XO
ReplyDeleteHow nice to get gifts, June.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's only one ornament...no worries.
Oops - accidents happen. I love your polka dot hair bow, Juney!
ReplyDeleteYou are so darn cute, Junie. Dani says she is so happy that you like the toys. You deserve the best. Thank you for the thank you letter. You did a good job! We're glad you did not hurt yourself when that Christmas ornament broke. You were very smart not to turn the lights on. Wendy & Dani wish you the bestest Christmas you can pawsibly have. Wendy and Dani are such wonderful furrends. June you are one lucky kitty. And June your thank you in the basket is purrfect. Too bad about the ball. Mom says she is a little sad that all her antique glass balls got broken in the zillion moves. We love your Peeps great graphics! She had out done herself this year! Keep being awesome!
ReplyDeleteMOL!! Oooh that picture with the broken decoration Mom nearly fell off her chair!!!! You got a good friend to send you lovely treats Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure everything's fine June, everyone is just glad that you're okay. You are looking so cute today!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun!
ReplyDeleteOopsie- one ornament down. XO
ReplyDeleteDon't you worry June! My kitties have lost two Christmas decorations so far thanks to their "help" decorating!
ReplyDeleteI like your basket, June. And it’s hard to tell ornaments from toys sometimes. :)
ReplyDeleteIt tis the season for oopsies to happen sweet June!
ReplyDeleteOh dear June! Did you break one of your new polka dot ornaments? We're sure your mom will forgive you.
ReplyDeleteMOL you are just the cutest!
ReplyDeleteWe know you would never ever break anything on purpose. We hope you didn't cut your paws on the shards.
ReplyDeleteThey are both terrific but I really love the bottom one.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Hope your pawsies and toe beans stayed whole...and those lights can wait till your paws are dry, right?? Then your Mom will forgive you for that oopsie with the ornament.
ReplyDeleteAngel Minko once chewed through the cord with the Christmas lights...then all was not bright and pretty...and Angel Simba climbed right into the tree and broke it. Yup, so one little bauble isn't so bad, right??! (Petcretary found that chewed through cord when the decorations were brought downstairs...no idea why she saved it, but it did give her a few moments of memory time.)
Aww, could you be any cuter?
