You kitties love those mice! Cat bro Bert couldn't have those as toys because he would eat them like they were real mice. Thankfully, we had a mouse problem in the basement and he killed mice for real for years. It was the best thing he ever did and he was a hunting ace. Enjoy your toy mice and hopefully you won't have any real ones.
Once you put the bitey on the mouse that's it! One and done. Pounce and kill. Well schmaybe you could give it a toss or two after you deaded it. Have fun! You can telepurt over owr house and help us kill the snakie outside!
Dearest June, You sure are a good and playful mouser! Be grateful that you don't have to devour any, as your menu is far more regal. Hugs, Mariette + Kitties
My neighbor's dog likes to chase squirrels. She accidentally managed to catch one once (it got stuck in a mud puddle it didn't expect to be there) and she stood there looking so shocked to have caught it! She had no clue what to do and her owner yelled, "Drop it!" and she did! It was fine, she hadn't done anything but pick it up, but it learned a good lesson.

You did an excellent job catching that mouse, June. We bet your mom is glad you don't catch any live mice. BOL!
ReplyDeleteJune, you got those nice and you got 'em good! I don't know where you go from here, either, except to give 'em a swat, and pounce again!
ReplyDeleteNo worries June, it's the journey, not the destination that true joy lies ... or in your case the hunt, not the capture? MOL!
ReplyDeleteToss them in the Aire for a great game of catch the mousie!
ReplyDeleteThat's okay, you are a wonderful and happy mouser and that's what counts sweet June! Thanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteYou are a good mouser. XO
ReplyDeleteCatch & release!
ReplyDeleteHey, if catching them makes you happy, than that is all that counts, June.

You are excellent at mouse catching
ReplyDeleteDad says I'm right there with you on this, June.
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "That mouse never stood a chance!"
ReplyDeleteOona: "Oona says, toss the mouse and then catch it again. And again! AND AGAIN!!!"
Purrhaps you could ask your Mom to hide them, so you can hide and seek later. Don't peek!
ReplyDeleteYou really need to experience a real mousie. It is "different".
ReplyDeleteThey're fun to catch and release, I guess.

Let it go so you can catch it again, June Bug!
