The monument is in the center of Mount Vernon Square and
is surrounded by four parks and historic buildings.

ReplyDeleteWhen we lived in Northern Virginia we visited Baltimore often. Never at night though and not at holiday time. Beautiful photos. I could certainly be happy with the stunning view you have!
