Yes, we did.
And 36 years later, we are adding fuel by the hour.
Destroying everything, destroying the future, their future.
Letting it all burn. Letting it all happen.

Today, we honor and respect the United States Army, all who have
served and continue to serve as it celebrates its 250th anniversary.
Today, Flag Day. Though as a nation, we have often fallen short of
the values, morals and high standards for which it stands,
we continue to place hand on heart for our flag.
Today, we stand up, though cannot stand personally with the tens of
thousands of our fellow citizens who will march in protest,
representing "NO KINGS", from East to West and North to South
against the injustice and immoral actions of the current administration,
in the White House, the Cabinet and in the halls of Congress.
Today. Rain on the parade.
Well said!
ReplyDeleteAmen.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree!
ReplyDeleteAll paws are crossed for a wicked thunderstorm at parade time while the rest of us will be celebrating NO KINGS day!

Have a great weekend.
as I read this we are watching the news showing a senator and a representative and their spouse have been shot in
ReplyDeletetheir homes.
I hope the message gets delivered!
ReplyDeleteNo Kings day here today. But it will fall on deaf ears.
ReplyDeleteWe have proudly displayed 14 flags along the perimeter of our front yard. Our peeps are very proud of their American heritage and country and don't want to see it destroyed. Amen to your words.

ReplyDeleteAmen.
ReplyDeleteMay we live worthy of the flag.
ReplyDeleteLulu: "We were happy to see that more people wanted no king than wanted to go to somebody's silly self-aggrandizing birthday parade thinly masquerading as a parade for the Army!"
ReplyDeleteAmen. I was so glad to hear about the marches and protests against "the King" or should I say they second Hitler.
