We thought at first that polka dot "thing".was a snake! No, really, it had that curvy shape. ONly to find out there is a CAT (one of US!) under there. We got it now. You stay as long as you like, June, don't those humans lure you out! A cat has to get her beauty rest.
Oona: "This is definitely the time of year for a blanket. Oona has been spending a good part of the night under the covers cuddled up to Mama lately, because Mama is nice and warm ..."
June, the snow has been falling for an hour now, and it's supposed to keep it up for hours. However, I'd managed to hit the locally small business pet food store, and we are stocked up so no kitty will go hungry.
We feel like that too, Miss June! We are in the midst of a winter storm, the roads are horrible and the snow is coming and coming...sheesh, it isn't even winter yet!
June, We couldn't see you at furrst! But now We see how snug and cosy you are, We would like to come over and join you. Do you think there is room under your lovely polka dot blankie for all of Us?
Aww, that looks like the ultimate cozy hideout! Love that polka-dot blanket.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a good idea, June. Good job I can see your eye or I wouldn't know which way round you were!
ReplyDeleteYou look so warm and cozy in your basket, Juney. It's nippy and frosty outside!

ReplyDeleteFair enough - but give yourself permission to emerge on Christmas Day for tasty leftover snacks.

When it gets as cold as it has been here in East TN, I feel the same way, June.
