  2. Well, I think it was important, June, that you communicated to your Mommy that you were only eating this breakfast under sufferance. It's not your favourite - and you were actually doing her a favour by not allowing the money she spent on this meal go to waste. But ... she's not to buy that one again. No. Gourmet yummy favourites from here on please.

  3. Kitties are known to be picky eaters sometimes. We dogs just love to eat and will eat almost anything. Nice of you to finish up what you had in your bowl.

  4. June, what can you do?
Your tastebuds do what they want...just like every feline in the universe!
Da Boyz say they will share some of their turkey with you; you'll gobble it right up.
    Ugh...they made me type that.

  9. I never have any trouble cleaning my bowl every morning. Of course I only get the same kibble every day, but that's okay. I eat it so fast I barely taste it. BOL!

  10. When there is no other choice you have to eat what is there, June. I am sure it was lovely really and you were just trying it on.

  11. June, we're glad to see that you chowed down! Our kitties are like you, at times very choosy about what they eat. So when they do wolf something down, we're happy!

  13. June be grateful you aren't on a special diet like me! I eat the same 'ol food every single day and I'm not allowed ANY treats!!!! Love, Roary

  14. Mommy told us the story of her doggie Sammy who went on strike about the kibble he got every day for years. (Yes, she was still feeding kibble then.) After 3 days of him refusing to eatn she got him something new and he gobbled it down. But you're a good kittie for finally eating what's in the house. Maybe your Mama could try something different when you run out, right? Love you, June! XOX Xena, Lucy and Chia

  16. Once my tummy is not grumbly any longer, it really does not matter if I had a favorite or not.

  17. Sometimes you just have to give it a bit of a rest, June, and then it tastes a little better. :)

  19. Sometimes my dad lies on the floor when I won’t eat and hand feeds me. Sucker!

  20. Charlee: "Remember, the appropriate response to breakfast every day is, 'What's this? I've never eaten this before. I don't know if I like it. Maybe I'll eat it later.' Humans love it when you do that."

  21. This is so sweet. My two cats are going through a phase now where they think their food is not up to par. For their unfavorites, It may take them half a day of nibbling, but it mostly disappears before the next meal.

  22. We're all experiencing those feelings, dear June. Wilson said he'd happily help you empty the bowl. He's such a shameless chow hound.
